About CrayDoc
CrayDoc is the Cray customer documentation server product. CrayDoc enables you to quickly search and display the customer documentation provided for your Cray computer systems.
CrayDoc may be installed on any hardware platform that uses an operating system based on UNIX systems or systems like UNIX, including Linux, FreeBSD, IRIX, Solaris, Mac OS X, or any other operating system that supports the compilation of Perl, SWISH-E, and Apache programs with freely available (GNU) tools.
New Features in Version 4
CrayDoc version 4 offers the following new features:- Redesigned and greatly simplified user interface
- Faster search engine
- Improved ranking algorithm to provide more meaningful search results
- PDF files are now fully searchable
- New Site Map feature lists documentation sets organized by Cray hardware platform
- New Search Highlights feature shows related results you might be interested in
- New Latest Docs feature shows all document sets alphabetically by Cray software product
- New customizable Preferences can be set and saved, so that you can save your preferred search options and use them every time you use CrayDoc (requires that your browser be set to accept cookies)
